Newly installed HVAC in Our Cabin malfunctioned during January 2018 single digit temps. Resulted in $600 monthly TriState electric bill. James did the right thing and accepted some responsibility in the cost of the fix — a wireless thermostat that we can monitor in Atlanta. I’m completely satisfied with how he handled it promptly and fairly to me. In response I started an annual service plan with him. Highly recommend James Thomas HVAC!!!

I had been without heat 11 days. I have a warranty company that sent a contractor to diagnose the problem. The contractor told me the gas valve needed to be replaced and it would be less expensive to get a local contractor (he came all the way here from Athens TN).
So I called James Thomas Heating and Cooling and explained to them what the other contractor said. Scott came out right on time and quickly identified the problem.The burners needed cleaned. There was nothing wrong with the gas valve. He had my heat going in just minutes and at a price that I thought would be more costly. I am so grateful to them. I decided to let them do the maintenance on the furnace and air conditioner.
